The Iron House Distillery Maverick whisky has been Ocean Aged aboard its namesake, the Tasmanian abalone boat, The Maverick. At sea, constant barrel contact has imparted rich deep colour and flavour and a slight savoury maritime flavour note.

The bottle design makes a hero out The Maverick, featuring an illustration of the boat in rough seas. There’s a heap of drama in this one and it has sold like hotcakes.
